This is a very romantic story of how a rice of reusable plastic became your family's loyal cleaning companion.
Genuinely exhibiting Suzhou Rongwen's spinning, weaving and making process through a timeline, we warmly welcome you to join us on this amazing journey.
[01] raw materials - don't under-estimate the potential of a rice of re-usable plastic
This narrative likely started in your very household. Have a look around, found any empty plastic bottles?
That is where our raw materials - GRS (Global Recycling Standard) approved polyester and polyamide - comes from.
[02] the spinneret - not the spider but the fibre spinning technology
The spinneret extrudes the small beads of polyester and polyamide into long durable fine micro fibres
We Produce Microfibres
Microfibre is contrasted to cotton which has very short and easily breaking fibres.
You may have noticed after using a cotton towel , its very common to find remnant cotton fluff stubbornly sticking to your skin, your glasses, your windows and your beloved car.
[03] texturing - a very hot process
Texturing is essential to ensure the soft, stretchy and durable quality of our microfibre products.
Before texturing, our fibres look like this:
Texturing is achieved through by heating the fibres at a high temperature
After texturing, the fibres gain more elasticity, strength and softness. It is after texturing that the fibres are ready for weaving and dyeing.
[04] Weaving - needle and thread
The textured fibres are then woven long scrolls of fabric by our machines, which are monitored by our dear staff members.
[05] Dyeing - rainbow colours, all the fun
When it comes to dyeing, the fabric is a blank canvas any colour you dream is possible.
[06] Shaping and Cutting
After the long scrolls of fabric are dyed and ready, they are ready for cutting.
The fabric could be cut into various shapes, sizes, widths and lengths to our customer's requirements.
[07] Hearty Packaging - from one pair of warm hands to another.
Cut into all sorts of shapes, for all sorts of functions, our microfibre products are now ready for packaging by our staff members. Yes, not only do we have an assortment of different technology, we also employ a mature manual production line. Harmoniously combining manual work and technology is our advantage!
Suzhou Rongwen proudly supports around 800 workers, that is almost 800 families in Taicang city Huangjing Town. Brothers and sisters, fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, Rongwen's development is inseparable from our towns people.
